Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "User") and Борисов Николай Владимирович(the "Provider") regarding the use of the ForgeLeads service (the "Service"). By registering and/or purchasing tokens, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Service

The Provider grants you access to ForgeLeads features including:

  • company and contact search (Google Places, DaData, OpenStreetMap);
  • AI-generated sales scripts (SPIN, Sandler, Challenger methodologies);
  • AI-assisted objection handling;
  • AI-generated sales proposals in PDF format;
  • lead management in CRM;
  • publishing proposals via public shareable links.

2. Token-based pricing

  • Save a lead — 2 tokens;
  • Generate sales script — 10 tokens;
  • Generate objection response — 5 tokens;
  • Generate proposal — 20 tokens.

New users receive a welcome bonus of 30 tokens. Tokens do not expire. Package prices are listed on the Pricing pageand may change with 14 days' notice.

3. Payments

All payments are charged in Russian roubles. Cards issued in Russia and the Faster Payments System (СБП) are processed by ЮKassa; cards issued outside Russia are processed by Prodamus (Prodamus LLC).

The amount is denominated and charged in roubles regardless of where the card was issued. If you pay with a card issued outside Russia, your issuing bank converts the amount into your account currency at its own rate: we neither influence that rate nor determine the final amount in your account currency. Prices shown in foreign currency on the Pricing page are indicative only.

Services are deemed rendered upon token credit to your account.

4. User Obligations

You agree NOT to:

  • use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity;
  • violate applicable laws when collecting or processing lead data;
  • share account credentials with third parties;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Service's code.

You acknowledge that you are an independent data controller for personal data of leads you process through the Service, and you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, 152-ФЗ, etc.) in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI-generated content (scripts, proposals, objection responses) is advisory in nature. The Provider is not liable for commercial outcomes from using such content, nor for the accuracy of data retrieved from public sources.

The Provider's total liability is capped at the amount paid by the User during the preceding 12 months.

6. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until you delete your account or the Service ceases operation. You may delete your account at any time; the Provider may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation are subject to courts at the Provider's place of registration.
